Andre resides in La Quinta, California. He was trained at the New York
Art Students League and the Pratt Institute of Art. His art has
been published on a number of magazine covers and periodicals.
Aside from his artwork also being displayed at the Phoenix Museum of
History, Andre has received a number of awards including the Silver Medal
Award for the Western Artist of America, and First Place at the Indian
Wells Art Festival.

Andre has been commissioned by the City of La Quinta to paint a
two story mural of Early California in the La Quinta Museum
and most recently completed the Mural for La Quinta's New
City Library.
