Tanto Tiempo (So Much Time) selected as winner of the Hispanic Film Project, via MCA/Universal and The National Hispanic Media Coalition, is the story of a young Mexican American woman, Mia (Carrie Barton/Mandy Avila), and her Mexican mother, Luz (Seidy Lopez), who were made to live a restricted “white” life in order to “fit in.”
